The care for children is very important. When letting people in contact we recommend at least two references.
When hiring a nanny it is important to complete back round checks to ensure the individual is safe and not a risk to your child. All our nannies are DBS checked, they undergo an enhanced police disclosure. We can offer you this service for you. We will require the name and contact details of yourself and the individual you want he checks completed on. One of our friendly team will then contact them directly and invite them into our office to verify their identity. Once this process is complete we can then begin the enhanced police check process. We will carefully track the application every step of the way. Due to data protection legislation, the results of the application will be sent directly to the candidate; however Alphabet Childcare will also receive a copy and will be able to tell you if the application identifies anything of concern.Maternity Childcare
A maternity nanny is specifically dedicated to supporting you with your new born baby. Maternity nannies tend to live in with your family and work 24 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week, they can stay and support you until you are comfortable with your new baby. We would recommend a Maternity Nanny for a period of between 4 to 6 weeks although there is no set period of time and every family’s needs are different. Our maternity nannies have up to date DBS checks, personal ID’s have all been interviewed and vetted face to face. We scrutinise our nannies previous experience and do not allow anyone to provide a maternity nanny service without a minimum of three years’ experience in this specialist area. CHILDCARE LTD
